This policy explains how personal data is handled on the Venti7 website (www.venti7.com). It covers the website only. The Venti7 apps have their own privacy policy, available at https://privacy.venti7.com.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for this website is Gabriel F. Tarazona, founder of Venti7, based in Ireland. Venti7 is in the process of being set up as a company; this policy will be updated when that happens.

2. What data we collect and why
We keep this website simple on purpose. It has no contact forms, no user accounts, no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools, and it does not use cookies.
a) Technical data when you visit the website
When you open any web page, your browser automatically sends technical information to the server, such as your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser type. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes this data to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks and abuse.
Cloudflare may also collect network error reports from some browsers (a standard called Network Error Logging) to detect connection problems. According to Cloudflare, these reports do not contain your IP address.
- Purpose: to show you the website securely and keep it working.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- How long: for the periods set by Cloudflare for security and operational logs. We do not keep these logs ourselves.
b) When you email us
If you write to hola@venti7.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to tell us.
- Purpose: to answer you and keep a record of the conversation.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to your messages (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement with you, for example if you want to join Venti7 as a cook or restaurant (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- How long: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless we need to keep it longer because of a legal obligation or an ongoing matter.
c) Links to social networks
The website contains plain links to our profiles on Instagram and TikTok. No data is shared with those networks just by visiting our website. If you click a link, you leave our website, and the privacy policy of that network applies.
3. Who processes your data on our behalf
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for marketing. We only use these service providers, who process data on our behalf:

4. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- erase your data;
- restrict or object to our processing;
- data portability, where applicable.
To exercise any of these rights, email hola@venti7.com. We will reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (Ireland's supervisory authority): https://forms.dataprotection.ie/contact, or info@dataprotection.ie. You can also complain to the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live.
5. Children
This website is not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
6. Security
The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and uses security protections recommended for modern websites. Access to our provider accounts is restricted to the founder.
7. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the website or our services change, for example when the apps launch or when Venti7 is set up as a company. The date at the top shows the latest version.
